Zionist enemy forces arrested nine Palestinian citizens early Sunday morning during a series of raids in various parts of the occupied West Bank.
According to the Palestinian news agency Safa, local sources reported that enemy forces arrested three young men from the village of Marda, north of Salfit, after storming the town, raiding citizens' homes and ransacking their contents.
The detainees were identified as Osama Muhammad Taher Suleiman, Ahmad Rasmi Samih Khafash and Adel Hassan Shihadeh.
It noted that enemy soldiers beat a number of citizens during the raid.
In a related context, enemy forces continued to close the northern entrance to the city of Salfit with an iron gate, hindering the movement of citizens.
In the city of Bethlehem, enemy forces arrested citizen Alaa Muhammad Salman Shnaita (38 years old) after raiding his family's home in the town of Al-Ubaidiya, east of the city, searching it and destroying his property.
In the city of Nablus, the enemy arrested three citizens, including a father and his son, at dawn during a raid on the eastern part of the city and the Balata camp.
Local sources reported that the forces raided the homes of citizens in the popular housing area east of Nablus, searched them, tampered with their contents, and arrested Nasser Ahmed Aydi and his son Yamen.
They added that the forces also raided Balata camp and arrested Yazid Azz Ahmed Aydi after raiding and searching his home.
In Ramallah, enemy forces stormed the village of Al-Mazra'a Al-Gharbiya, northwest of the city, and arrested Muhammad Abdullah Abu Laila (18) and Muhammad Abdul-Muti Laddada (18) after raiding their homes.
In the city of Qalqilya, enemy forces raided the village of Siniria, south of the city, and began searching and raiding the homes of a number of citizens, known to be the owners of the Omar and Younis families, without making any arrests.
Enemy forces also raided the village of Azzun Atma, without making any arrests.
