Ramallah - Saba:
Clashes erupted Thursday evening as Palestinian residents confronted a settler attack on al-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah.
Local sources reported to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) that dozens of settlers attacked the outskirts of the village from the western side, specifically the Marj Sa'i plain between al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah, and were confronted by unarmed residents.
The sources added that enemy forces stormed the village to provide protection for the settlers, which led to clashes during which enemy soldiers fired sound bombs and tear gas at residents. No injuries were reported.
Al-Mughayyir village, along with towns and villages east and northeast of Ramallah, have been subjected to repeated terrorist attacks by settlers, which have resulted in the deaths of several residents and the injury of others in recent months.
These attacks have also included the burning of homes, facilities, and tracts of land, the graffitiing of racist slogans, and other attacks.
