Tulkarm - Saba:
Israeli enemy forces delivered orders to the owners of agricultural lands west of the city of Tulkarm, in the northern occupied West Bank, ordering them to evacuate their lands, in preparation for taking control of them.
According to the Palestinian Safa News Agency, the Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights said on Friday that Israeli enemy forces delivered orders to the owners of lands located between the "Gishori" factories and the racist Annexation Wall west of Tulkarm to evacuate them within a specified period of time.
The organization emphasized that this step constitutes a dangerous escalation and a clear violation of international law, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention, which prohibits the confiscation of private property in occupied territories.
It added that these lands have been a primary source of livelihood for Palestinian families for decades.
The organization considered these practices to reflect a systematic policy to impose a settlement fait accompli and change the geographical and demographic character of the area.
The organization stressed the need for the residents to remain steadfast and for all national and human rights organizations to stand by them.
