SANAA, Sep. 5 (Saba) - Aden governor Tariq Sallam condemned the criminal attacks and the barbaric behavior of the occupation forces and their mercenaries of looting and extorting of people of Aden city and the forced displacement of the people of the northern provinces from the city.
In a statement to Saba, the governor Sallam considered the forced displacement, attacks and arrests of the people of the northern governorates, specifically in Sheikh Othman and al-Mansourah by the occupation authority and its mercenaries a cowardly and unacceptable act and cannot be tolerated.
He stressed that Yemenis will not accept Aden to become the economic capital of Yemen to a special colony of the UAE, Saudi and Sudanese forces, where the most heinous forms of crime and displacement are practiced against Yemenis.
He said: "The forces of aggression and occupation continued their criminal and brutal behavior against Yemenis in various Yemeni territories north and south, and their aggression was not limited to the free and steadfast areas, but the areas under their control, without concern about the deterioration of the humanitarian situation and the unprecedented displacement of millions of Yemenis.
Sallam added: "How does logic, reason and humanity accept those who demand the normalization of relations with the Zionist occupier and declare their acceptance of their presence in their land and prevent their compatriots from being in their land and their homeland?" a reference to the mercenaries behavior, revealing their false truth and uncovering the mask of the malicious plot by the occupying forces with the forces of global arrogance in Yemen.
The Governor of Aden called on the United Nations and international organizations to stand firm against these grave abuses practiced by the occupation in order to create an appropriate atmosphere for passing projects of killing and destruction and planting division and fragmentation among the Yemenis.
