Sana'a (Saba) – The Yemeni Society for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Blind honored the Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, Hashim Ismail, in recognition of his interest in the blind and his commitment to including Braille printing on the new 200-riyal banknote, making it easier for the blind to recognize and use.
The honoring ceremony was attended by the Minister of Social Affairs, who presented the shield and certificate of appreciation to the Central Bank's Undersecretary for Revenue Affairs, Amin Al-Mutawakkil, on behalf of the Governor.
