GAZA July 04. 2024 (Saba) - Several Palestinian civilians on Thursday lost their lives and sustained injuries due to ongoing airstrikes by the Israeli military in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian News Agency, four civilians were killed and eight others were wounded when Israeli warplanes bombed a residential apartment belonging to a family in al-Mashhara area near Tamraz station on al-Nafaq Street in al-Tuffah neighborhood.
The agency further reported that ambulance teams managed to retrieve three deceased individuals and 13 injured individuals from a house owned by Zaino family near Jaffa School in al-Daraj neighborhood of eastern Gaza City. The house was targeted by the Occupation airstrikes.
A citizen was also martyred and three others were injured in the enemy artillery shelling on a group of citizens on al-Shaaf Street in al-Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Furthermore, the occupation forces detonated residential buildings in the al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, resulting in thick smoke rising from the area.
The Zionist enemy's artillery also launched shells towards several locations: the northwestern area of al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza Strip, eastern areas of Khan Yunis city in southern Gaza Strip, al-Yabna refugee camp, and the vicinity of al-Awda roundabout in Rafah city center.
The situation in Deir al-Balah is dire, with ongoing flights of occupation quadcopter aircraft adding to the chaos. The toll on human lives in the Gaza Strip is staggering: 37,953 martyrs, predominantly children and women, with 87,266 more injured since the beginning of the occupation's aggression on October seventh.
The devastation is immense, with thousands still trapped under rubble or stranded on roads, beyond the reach of ambulance and rescue crews. It's a tragic and heartbreaking situation that highlights the urgent need for humanitarian aid and international intervention.
