GAZA July 25. 2024 (Saba) - The Palestinian resistance announced, on Thursday, blowing up two tunnels in two Zionist forces, destroying and targeting two tanks and sniping a soldier as part of confronting the enemy forces that penetrated Khan Younis and Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian Information Center, the "Al-Qassam Brigades", the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas", announced in a military statement: It targeted a Zionist "Merkava" tank with a "Yassin 105" shell in the Sheikh Nasser area in the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
The "Al-Qassam Brigades" also confirmed the destruction of a Zionist "Merkava" tank with a "Shawaaz" explosive device in the Sheikh Nasser area in the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, setting it on fire and sending a helicopter to evacuate.
After returning from their combat engagements, the Mujahideen of the "Al-Qassam Brigades" reported that two Zionist forces were lured into two tunnels and detonated them with the members of the two forces as soon as they descended into them, killing and wounding them in the Yebna camp in the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Mujahideen of the "Al-Qassam Brigades", in cooperation with the Mujahideen of the "Al-Quds Brigades", were able to destroy the positioning of the enemy forces near the Al-Zilal Mosque, east of the city of Khan Yunis, with heavy mortar shells.
The Mujahideen of the "Al-Qassam Brigades" were also able to snipe a Zionist soldier with a "Ghoul" rifle in the Al-Zana area, east of the city of Khan Yunis.
The "Al-Quds Brigades", the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, shot down a Zionist "Quadcopter" aircraft and took control of it while it was carrying out intelligence missions in the skies of the city of Rafah.
