SANA'A August 19. 2024 (Saba)– The Faculty of Engineering at Sana'a University marked on Monday a significant milestone with the graduation of the "Engineers on the Road to al-Quds" batch, comprising 86 male and female graduates.
During the ceremony, ambassador Abdulelah Hajar, advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council, underscored the crucial role these new engineers will play in the nation's development and construction efforts.
Hajar called on the graduates to apply their acquired knowledge and skills effectively in their future careers.
Dr. Adel al-Shaqiri, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department, along with Abdulmalik al-Marri, Vice President of the Preparatory Committee, and Majd al-Khader, speaking on behalf of the graduates, commended the students for their dedication and academic success over the past five years.
They expressed confidence in the graduates' readiness to contribute competently to the workforce.
In addition, the speakers reaffirmed their solidarity with the Palestinian people, emphasizing their support for the liberation of Palestinian territories from occupation.
