The minister highlighted the importance of strategic planning to prevent issues arising from random construction and stressed the need for automation across all ministry sectors.
This focus on automation aligns with directives from the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.
Minister Qahim also underscored the importance of enhancing services for citizens and addressing urban flood damage.
He called on the relevant sectors to provide comprehensive studies to help protect cities from such damage in the future.
