The Water Resources and Facilities Authority and the Rural Water Projects Authority branches in Dhamar province held a cultural event today to commemorate the anniversary of "The Scream" under the theme "The Scream: A Weapon and a Position."
Deputy Governor Mahmoud al-Jubain emphasized the importance of recalling the origins of the "Scream" and the Quranic project of the "martyr leader Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi" in breaking silence and confronting "arrogance." He stressed raising the "Scream" against American and Israeli "falsehood and tyranny" and mobilizing to defend Yemen and the Palestinian cause.
The directors of the Water Resources and Rural Water Authorities explained that the slogan arose from a sense of responsibility and rejection of God's enemies. They viewed "The Scream" as an extension of the "Martyr Leader's" Quranic project to rescue the nation and return it to a path of pride and dignity.
The Director of Financial Affairs at the Water Resources Branch reviewed the meanings and impact of the slogan on enemies, emphasizing the importance of the Quranic project and the Scream in mobilizing the nation against American and Zionist hegemony.
