Sana'a Governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi today inspected the progress of work at the health center affiliated with the Red Crescent Society's branch in the governorate, and the health services it provides to visitors and those seeking medical and treatment services.
The governor listened to an explanation from the center's director, Dr. Radwan al-Gharbi, the society's health officer, Dr. Muhammad Salah al-Din, and the pharmacy officer, Dr. Abdullah al-Hamzi, about the level of health services provided.
They explained that the services provided include medical examinations, laboratory tests, medication dispensing, surgical procedures, bandaging, follow-up department activities, injections and intravenous fluids, and free health education services and sessions for all community groups, especially school students and those receiving social care.
Al-Hadi praised the role of the Red Crescent Society branch in the governorate and its commitment to alleviating the suffering of citizens, stressing the local authority's commitment to overcoming the Society's difficulties, enabling it to carry out its humanitarian role with ease.
