SANA'A August 20. 2024 (Saba) – The Technical Committee for Amending the Executive Regulations of the Building Law convened on Tuesday, led by Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim.

The meeting focused on the progress of amending the regulations to align with the ongoing construction and urban expansion.

Minister Qahim emphasized the need for timely completion of the amendments, highlighting the importance of streamlining services for citizens, including automating the licensing process.

Committee members discussed efforts to unify building permits and stressed the need for training those responsible for implementing the updated regulations.
