GAZA August 21. 2024 (Saba) - The Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" confirmed on Wednesday that the brutal bombing carried out by the Zionist enemy army on the Salah al-Din school, west of Gaza City, is a continuation of targeting unarmed civilians in shelters and displacement.
The group said in a statement: "The school is sheltering displaced people. She pointed out that targeting it is a continuation of the war of extermination against the people in the Gaza Strip and an affirmation of the Zionist extremist government's terrorist approach in deliberately targeting unarmed civilians in shelters and displacement centers.
Hamas renewed its call on the international community and all its organizations and bodies to move strongly to put an end to the state terrorism practiced by the Zionist enemy army against our people for more than ten months.
It also called for "stopping the barbaric aggression on the Gaza Strip, and holding the Zionist war criminals accountable for their fascist crimes."
The government media office in the Gaza Strip said that the Zionist enemy warplanes targeted the "Salah al-Din" school of the United Nations "UNRWA" agency in Gaza City, which led to the rise of four martyrs and the wounding of 18 others with varying injuries, including women and children.
According to government data, Salah School, which shelters hundreds of displaced people, is the tenth shelter bombed by the enemy since the beginning of August.
