This came, according to the "Arab 48" website, in a letter sent by Bar last week to Netanyahu, his Minister of Defense Yoav Galant, and other ministers.
Bar indicated that the attacks of the settlers have "long become a widespread phenomenon against the Palestinians," noting that the settlers and the "hilltop youth" commit crimes "sometimes, using combat means (weapons) distributed by the state."
