HODEIDA September 07. 2024 (Saba) — Hodeida province on Saturday hosted a series of festive evenings across its center and districts to commemorate the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth.
The celebration included a significant event in al-Mina district, hosted by Hamoud Ishaq Police Station, and attended by First province undersecretary Ahmed al-Bishri, Province Deputy Security Director Col. Sari al-Maghribi, and directors from al-Mina, al-Hawk, al-Khokha, and Hays districts.
Other notable commemorations occurred in various sectors across the province, including the Security Department of al-Zahra district, the Health Sector in al-Dhahi district, and the Tax and Slaughterhouses Sector, as well as the Water and Electricity Corporation and Media and Culture Offices in Bait al-Faqih district.
Each evening featured speeches highlighting the importance of the Prophet’s birth anniversary, particularly in the context of contemporary challenges and attempts by enemies to undermine Islam and the Prophet’s legacy.
The speakers emphasized the Yemeni people’s unwavering commitment to celebrating this sacred occasion despite ongoing hardships.
The addresses reaffirmed the celebration as an essential reminder of the noble human values and steadfast principles established by the Prophet Muhammad.
They stressed the significance of reviving these values in response to injustice and tyranny, reflecting the Yemeni people's dedication to the Muhammadan approach and their resolve to uphold his teachings.
The evenings across Hodeida showcased a deep reverence for the Prophet and a collective commitment to embody his values amidst the prevailing challenges.
