WARSAW - SABA : The death toll from severe weather and flooding caused by Storm Boris in central Europe rose to 22 on Tuesday, with local authorities announcing three new victims in Poland and another in Austria.
Polish police announced in a statement on Tuesday that they had found three new victims of the storm, bringing the official death toll in this country to seven, as floods continue to flow, leaving behind devastated towns and villages.
Since last week, strong winds and heavy rains have hit parts of Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
