Lebanese Health Minister Firas al-Obeid announced on Monday evening that 274 Lebanese citizens have been martyred as a result of the Zionist aggression and have been hospitalized since this morning.
In a press conference, al-Obeid said: "1,024 wounded as a result of the Zionist aggression have been hospitalized since this morning," noting that 21 children are among the martyrs.
He pointed out that the Zionist raids targeted hospitals, medical centers and ambulances. He added:" About 5,000 people were injured in just one week as a result of the Zionist aggression."
He continued: "Israel targeted ambulances and fire trucks during its aggression on Lebanon, resulting in the martyrdom of two ambulance crews and the injury of 16 others."
He added that thousands of families have been displaced from areas affected by the Zionist bombardment.
Since the morning hours, the Zionist enemy army continues to launch dozens of attacks on cities and villages in Lebanon, causing dozens of martyrs and injuries, as well as massive destruction in the infrastructure of cities and villages in southern Lebanon.
Since October 8, the Lebanon Front has been supporting Gaza Strip and its resistance in the face of the ongoing Zionist war on Gaza Strip since October 7, which has so far claimed 41,455 martyrs and 95,878 injuries, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
