.Bethlehem - Saba: Several Palestinian citizens were suffocated on Thursday evening as a result of inhaling poison gas fired by the Zionist enemy forces after they stormed the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem.
The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that a force of the occupation army was stationed along the main street leading to the gate area, in addition to the vicinity of the Great Mosque in the town, where gas and sound bombs were fired intensively, which led to the suffocation of a number of citizens.
The injured received field treatment.
In the same context, the Israeli occupation forces erected, on Thursday evening, a military checkpoint "flying" at the southern entrance to the city of Qalqilya, which led to obstructing the movement of citizens.
According to eyewitnesses, the occupying forces detained the vehicles and checked the identity cards of passengers, causing a severe traffic crisis in the area.
Earlier in the day, the Israeli occupation forces set up a military checkpoint at the entrance to the village of Nabi Elias, east of Qalqilya, which also impeded the movement of citizens there.
