Sana'a - Saba :
The Health Office in Sana'a province closed 11 health facilities, including popular clinics and unlicensed first aid clinics in Sanhan and Bani Bahloul districts.
Dr. Khaled al-Muntasser, director of the health office in the province, explained that the closures were carried out during a monitoring and inspection campaign to control health facilities that violate the conditions of practicing the profession and are unlicensed in all districts of the province.
He praised the role of the security authorities , their interaction in the implementation and success of the campaign.
Dr. Abdulghani Faraj, director of the health office in the directorate, stressed that workers in health facilities must have accredited health qualifications , a license to practice a profession from the Yemeni Board of Medical Specialties, and must conform to the standards approved by the Ministry of Health and Environment.
He pointed out that the committee assigned by the director of the health office in the province will continue its work in seizing violating facilities with the aim of improving the health situation in the directorate.
