The Lebanese Hezbollah operations room issued a statement on Friday evening, revealing the details of the failure of the Zionist enemy forces to advance towards southern Lebanon and the operations to confront them by the Lebanese resistance fighters.
The statement read: "After the resounding failure and heroic confrontation that the Zionist enemy army faced and is facing in its attempts to advance towards the southern border villages with occupied Palestine in the eastern sector, it tried in the past two days to create new axes of advance in the western sector from the direction of the Ras al-Naqoura and Jal al-Alam sites towards al-Mushairfa and al-Labbouneh, trying to take advantage of the terrain that it believes will help it.
