Sana'a - Saba:
The Zionist enemy entity is still practising deception and prevarication in the ceasefire and prisoner exchange negotiations in the Gaza Strip, in close cooperation with the administration of US President Joe Biden, which gives the usurper entity enough time to commit genocide in the Gaza Strip, especially in northern Gaza, where the Zionist ‘generals’ plan’ to turn it into a military zone is being implemented.
The Qatari capital is hosting a new round of negotiations on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, following a recent visit by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken as part of his 11th tour of the region since 7 October 2023.
Most likely, the Zionist entity sent its negotiating delegation headed by the head of the Zionist enemy's intelligence service ‘Mossad’ David Berniak to Doha yesterday, to discuss the possibility of resuming prisoner exchange negotiations with Hamas and the ceasefire in Gaza, apparently under undeclared US pressure.
Political analysts downplayed these moves. They stressed that the occupying entity only cares about itself and does not listen to any party, even the United States and the weak Biden administration, which gives it the opportunity to achieve its goals in the Gaza Strip and the region as a whole.
Repeated mediation efforts led by the United States, Egypt and Qatar have so far failed to bring about a ceasefire in Gaza, but Washington, which is considered by many locals to be a dishonest mediator and completely biased towards the Zionist entity, asserts that the martyrdom of Hamas political bureau chief Yahya Sinwar may lead to a breakthrough in the talks.
For its part, Hamas insists on a full Zionist withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, a permanent and complete ceasefire, the entry of aid and the reconstruction of what was destroyed by the war of aggression, which is the only thing that will end the conflict that has resulted in the martyrdom of 42,924 Palestinian citizens and the injury of 100,833 others, mostly children and women, in the Gaza Strip since October 2023.
US attempts to revive the prisoner negotiations and the ceasefire in Gaza appear to be intensive in the recent period, especially with the approaching presidential elections, and the Democrats' desire to score a point by stopping the war on the Gaza Strip, which posed a dilemma for President Biden's administration for about 386 days, but these attempts do not go beyond scattering ashes to achieve an achievement before the elections on 5 November.
According to political analysts, these US efforts that favour the Zionist entity collide with a clear position by Hamas, in addition to Zionist exaggeration in the conduct of the war and Zionist desires to achieve a significant victory.
The Zionist ‘generals’ plan’ aims to control the northern Gaza Strip by displacing the residents of the area to the south, then imposing a complete siege on the north, including preventing the entry of supplies, food aid, water and fuel, and using starvation as a means of pressure for displacement.
The ‘Generals’ Plan’ A military plan proposed by former Zionist enemy army general ‘Giora Eiland’ to Benjamin Netanyahu, and adopted by a large number of enemy army generals, so it was called the generals' plan.
The plan was developed in September 2024, with the aim of forcibly displacing the population of the northern Gaza Strip, by imposing a complete siege on the area, including preventing the entry of humanitarian aid, to starve the remaining civilians, as well as the resistance fighters and put them in front of two options, either death or surrender, then later the northern Gaza Strip will be transformed into a ‘closed military zone’ in order to completely eliminate any presence of the Islamic Resistance Movement ‘Hamas’ in the region.
The ‘generals’ plan’ assumes that the siege is the most effective solution to end the war and minimise the number of Zionist enemy soldiers killed, and estimates that controlling northern Gaza could prompt residents of other areas to rise up against Hamas.
Previously, the US administration considered that the ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip face critical issues despite ‘agreeing on 90 per cent’ of the items, according to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who previously explained that ‘90 per cent of the Gaza ceasefire agreement has been agreed upon, but there are still critical issues.’
However, the Biden administration comes up with a plan at every stage that enables Netanyahu to evade previous agreements, and engages again in active talks with Qatar and Egypt in an effort to achieve some kind of diplomatic deal on prisoners and achieve a diplomatic achievement at the same time, giving the Zionist entity more time to annihilate the Gaza Strip and try to pressure to separate the support fronts from the Gaza front and market itself as being able to prevent a regional war, according to analysts, according to analysts.
