The Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolences on Judge Yahya Mohammed Malik's death at the age of 80, after a long life of giving in the service of the country in the field of the judiciary.
In the telegram he sent to the deceased's sons (Engineer Hashim, Fouad, Judge Amin and Judge Anas) and all his family, President Al-Mashat praised the merits of the deceased and his contributions in the field of the judiciary, where he served as Dean of the Higher Institute of Judiciary for 26 years, then as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice. He praised his honorable national positions against the US-Saudi aggression against Yemen.
The President expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to the deceased's children, family, students and lovers for this loss. He prayed to Allah, the Almighty, to grant him mercy , forgiveness, to grant his family and relatives patience and solace.
"We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return."
