The local authority in Amran Governorate held a speech event to inaugurate the activities commemorating the martyr's anniversary for the year 1446 AH.
At the event, the Governor of Amran, Dr. Faisal Jaaman, pointed out the importance of commemorating the anniversary of the martyr to draw inspiration from the lessons of giving, fortitude, and sacrifice.
He pointed out that the martyrs stood in the face of injustice in the face of arrogance and carried the concern of the nation in the face of tyrants and arrogance. He pointed out that the martyrs carried and embodied the Qur'an in their reality with their giving, honesty, work, and all moral values.
He highlighted the weakness and humiliation facing the nation, noting how it has succumbed to oppressive powers through conspiracies against the Palestinian people, who suffer brutal crimes and genocide. He condemned the ongoing massacres in Palestine and Lebanon amidst a complicit silence.
He praised the Yemeni people for their unwavering support of the oppressed, grounded in a commitment to the culture of jihad and martyrdom. He viewed the resilience of the Palestinian people, Gaza, and Hezbollah in Lebanon as clear evidence of their dedication to the values of jihad, the Qur'an, and martyrdom.
Dr. Jaaman emphasized that a nation valuing martyrdom cannot be defeated. He called on people to honor the martyrs' sacrifices by supporting their families and preserving the achievements they fought for. He also commended the Martyrs' Families Care Authority for its vital role and stressed the importance of social solidarity as a fundamental duty toward the families of martyrs.
