Shura Council praises Yemeni Armed Forces’ attack on Nahal Sorek Military Base

Sana’a - Saba:

The Shura Council has commended the continued operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces within occupied Palestinian territories, highlighting the recent attack on Nahal Sorek military base southeast of Jaffa.

The operation, which targeted the base with a hypersonic ballistic missile named "Palestine 2," was praised as a demonstration of the Yemeni Armed Forces' commitment to the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council.

In a statement issued today, the Shura Council emphasized that the operation is part of the fifth phase of Yemen’s escalating support for Palestinian and Lebanese resistance against Zionist aggression.

The council lauded the resilience of Palestinian and Lebanese resistance fighters, noting that the operations have inflicted significant damage on the Zionist enemy, teaching it valuable lessons.

The statement also reiterated Yemen’s ongoing support for the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, condemning the attacks by the U.S., British, and Israeli forces on Yemen.

The council emphasized that these aggressive actions will not deter Yemen from its firm stance in backing the resistance movements in both Palestine and Lebanon.

Furthermore, the Shura Council criticized international conferences and meetings that have failed to address the suffering of the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, instead enabling the continuation of Zionist brutality.

The council called on the international community, as well as humanitarian and human rights organizations, to break their silence and take immediate action to stop the ongoing massacres in Gaza and Lebanon, labeling these acts as war crimes that stain humanity.
