The Judicial Inspectorate Committee reviewed on Monday the performance judicial and the cases completion level received by the Commercial Court in Al-Hodeida Province.
The head of the field inspection committee for Al-Hodeida province, Judge Abdulmuin Al-Maamari, along with the head of the Department of Surprise Inspection Affairs, Judge Zaid Al-Hamzi, listened to an explanation from the President of the Commercial Court, Judge Abdul Quddus Al-Ghazali, about the 213 completed cases, the work mechanism, scheduling cases and entering data into the judicial system.
The Judicial Inspection Committee also reviewed the conditions of prisoners awaiting criminal prosecution and the execution of sentences pending private rights in the Central Correctional Facility and Al-Hodeida City Reserve, emphasized the need to address and take into account the cases of insolvent people.
The committee met with Judge Ahmed Al-Jarmouzi, head of the Hodeida Province Court of Appeals, discussed work mechanisms , discipline in the courts of first instance , their human and material needs.
