A report by the American magazine "Foreign Affairs" acknowledged that the resistance axis in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and Palestine is one of the organizations rooted in their societies and America and its allies will not be able to defeat it no matter how hard they try.

The report stated that "what distinguishes the resistance axis factions in those countries is not only their relationship and political structures in their homeland, but also the network of cross-border relations between different types of factions, and without a clear political solution to the pending issues in the Middle East region, these factions will remain effective, active and adapt to circumstances."
