The Zionist enemy army admitted on Thursday that one officer was killed and another wounded in battles with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
According to the spokesman for the enemy army, a platoon commander in the 51st Battalion of the Golani Brigade was killed and an officer was seriously wounded in battles in southern Lebanon.
The occupation army announced earlier this evening that 17 soldiers were wounded in the battles of Lebanon and the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.
According to a statement by the occupation army, 17 soldiers were wounded in one day, including 11 on the Lebanon front and six on the Gaza front.
Regarding the number of dead in the ranks of the army since the outbreak of the war, the army statement explained that the number of army deaths reached 192 officers since the beginning of the war, indicating that one out of every four dead in the ranks of the army is a commander.
He added: "12 battalion commanders have been killed, including seven lieutenant colonels since the beginning of the war, and four brigade commanders have been killed since the beginning of the war."
For the 405th day, the Israeli occupation army continues its war on Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, killing dozens of martyrs, most of them children and women, so far 43,603 martyrs and 102,929 injuries in the Gaza Strip, according to the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip.
