Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra'i on Sunday sent a congratulatory cable to the Speaker of the Omani Shura Council, Khalid bin Hilal Al-Maouli.
In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Al-Maouli and the Omani poeple on the occasion of the country's celebrations the 54th National Day of Oman.
