The head of the General Authority for Land, Survey and Urban Planning, Ibrahim Al-Mansour, and the First Deputy Governor of Al-Hodeida Province, Ahmed Al-Bishri, inaugurated on Monday the project of the matrix of treatments related to state lands and real estate in Al-Hodeida.
The project includes reclamation, agricultural empowerment, and addressing the situation of those exploiting state lands and properties, including agricultural ones, by issuing usufruct contracts for the purpose of personal housing, and addressing the excess areas in the ownership contracts.
At the inauguration, at the authority's branch in Hodeida, the head of the authority reviewed the priorities for implementing the project and the work mechanism in stimulating investment, reclaiming state lands and optimizing their use in the aspect of agricultural empowerment in order to achieve the desired goal of this approach.
Al-Mansour noted that this step comes within the framework of the Authority's vision to address the situation of beneficiaries of state lands.
