Marib - Saba:
A Yemeni citizen, Nayef Mohammed al-Husayni al-Muradi, has died under torture in the prisons of the forces loyal to the U.S.-Saudi-led aggression in Marib province, according to local sources.
The victim, who had been detained for four years, was found dead in a refrigerator at Marib General Hospital with clear signs of torture.
Al-Husayni had been arrested and held incommunicado at the so-called Political Security prison, with his family unaware of his whereabouts until recently. The prison administration refused to provide any information about his fate, and it was only through a fellow prisoner that his family learned of his death.
The incident has sparked widespread condemnation from local communities, particularly from Murad tribe to which the victim belonged. Tribal leaders have vowed to seek justice for al-Husayni and hold accountable those responsible for his torture and death.
The death of al-Husayni adds to a growing list of detainees who have died under torture in Marib's prisons, where numerous reports of physical and psychological abuse have emerged. The incident has once again highlighted the grave human rights violations taking place in areas controlled by the coalition forces.
