Sana'a - Saba:

Two events were held in Shu'ub district of the Capital Sana'a on Monday to commemorate the annual anniversary of the martyr, under the slogan "Our martyrs are our greats".

The first event, a speech gathering, was attended by Ahsan Qadi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Capital Sana'a, and Col. Abduljabbar al-Ahrami, Assistant Director of Security.

Abdullah al-Kool, Director of General Mobilization in the district, emphasized the significance of remembering the sacrifices made by the martyrs, whose bravery ensures the safety and stability of the nation.

He honored the martyrs’ contributions to defending Yemen against external forces, calling on the public to continue supporting the families of martyrs, the wounded, prisoners, and missing persons.

Lt. Col. Ali al-Mansour, Deputy Director of the Security Zone, also spoke at the event, underscoring the importance of preserving the lofty values for which the martyrs gave their lives.

He called for ongoing recognition and support for their families, ensuring the martyrs' legacy endures in the hearts of all Yemenis.

The second event took place in Saba neighborhood of Shu'ub, where al-Kool once again addressed the audience, focusing on the martyrs' heroic resistance against tyranny and their role in bringing security and dignity to Yemen.

He urged continued loyalty to the martyrs’ sacrifices and the need to honor and care for their loved ones.

Both events featured expressive poems and attendees included police department heads, security personnel, and local residents.

The commemoration highlighted the deep respect for those who have laid down their lives in the ongoing struggle for Yemen's sovereignty and dignity.
