The Women's Committee in Hajjah province on Monday organized a series of cultural activities across several districts, including Hajjah, Wadhra, Shars, Mustaba, and Mabyan, to commemorate the Martyr's Anniversary.
The events served as a reminder of the sacrifices made by martyrs in defense of Yemen's sovereignty, security, and stability.
Speakers at the activities emphasized the importance of honoring the martyrs by caring for their families and children.
They also called on the community to draw inspiration from the martyrs' courage and continue their struggle against tyranny and oppression, supporting the Palestinian cause and standing in solidarity with the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.
The activities highlighted the role of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the defense of their homeland, honor, and national sovereignty, and drew parallels with the resistance efforts in Gaza and Lebanon in the face of the Zionist-American alliance.
Speakers also acknowledged the ongoing war against civilians in Gaza and Lebanon, underscoring the importance of global solidarity.
The event also focused on the critical role of Muslim women in nurturing future generations with Quranic values and principles.
Following the speeches, solidarity stands were held in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to continue aiding Gaza and Lebanon, seeing it as a religious, national, and humanitarian duty.
A statement issued by the participants praised the missile and drone strikes from the resistance axis in Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine targeting the Zionist entity, expressing unwavering support for the resistance and reaffirming loyalty to the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi.
The statement emphasized a collective readiness to offer all necessary resources in support of the oppressed.
