Hamas leader Sami Abu Zuhri said that the land of Gaza was and will remain a Palestinian land, stressing that the Zionist enemy is under the illusion that it is able to achieve its goals.
In press statements on Sunday evening, Abu Zuhri added that the Zionist enemy's continuous crimes of killing civilians, targeting hospitals, destroying houses, applying the policy of starvation , ethnic cleansing represent a blatant violation of international laws, and will only strengthen the steadfastness of the Palestinians.
He pointed out that the enemy's military escalation in Gaza Strip will not achieve its goals, but will increase the Palestinian people's determination to resist the occupation and defend their legitimate rights.
Abu Zuhri called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the United Nations to take action and confront the settlement projects in the West Bank and Al-Quds, stressing that the continuation of these policies by the occupation enhances the suffering of the Palestinians and further complicates the humanitarian situation.
Abu Zuhri called on the administration of US President Joe Biden to atone for its sin by pressuring the enemy to stop its crimes against the Palestinians, holding it responsible for what is happening.
Abu Zuhri concluded his remarks by saying that the real test in the next stage is the size of the effort to arrest the Zionist enemy's leaders, which will show the extent of seriousness in defending the rights of the Palestinians.
