The Ministry of Economy, Industry and Investment announced the launch of seven new services through its electronic portal, to improve the business environment and simplify procedures for the private sector and entrepreneurs.
Services include submitting invitations and attending general assembly meetings of companies online, filing grievances against decisions to refuse to register trademarks or reserve trade names, renewing commercial registers and replacing them with electronic cards without fees, launching an interactive trade magazine, and submitting applications for granting a chartered accountant license.
During a meeting chaired by the Minister of Economy, Eng. Moeen Al-Mahagri, the minister praised the efforts to develop the portal, stressing the importance of completing the automation of all services to promote digital transformation in the ministry, including the services of the Yemeni Organization for Standardization and Metrology and the General Investment Authority.
