Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning predicted cold and very cold weather in several governorates during the next 24 hours.
According to the weather bulletin issued by the center, the weather is expected to be very cold in the governorates of Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Sana'a, Amran, Saada, and the highlands of western Al-Jawf, south and west of Marib, Ibb, Dhale', Lahij, Abyan, Shabwa, Hadramout and Al-Mahra, and it is not excluded that frost (tax) will form on parts of them.
While the weather may be cold in the highlands of Hajjah, Al-Mahwit, Rima and Taiz governorates, while it is relatively dry and dusty in the deserts and interior plateaus.
The center reported that the lowest temperatures recorded at some meteorological stations this morning were as follows / Amran: 1.2, Sana'a: 1.4, Dhamar: 2, Al-Bayda: 3.8, Baadan - Ibb: 7.3, Al-Mahwit: 7.5, Ataq-Shabwah: 8.4 degrees Celsius.
The center warned citizens about the cold and very cold weather during the night and early morning hours, especially those with weak immunity, the elderly, children and the sick.
The center called on farmers to take caution and caution against the effects of very cold weather and frost and the need to take the necessary measures to protect crops, as well as livestock herders, beekeepers and poultry keepers to shelter them in healthy and warm places.
