Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali Al-Yafei discussed on Monday with the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Third Conference "Palestine, the Central Cause of the nation" Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Hamran and the Vice Chairman of the Committee Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, the preparations for the conference.
The meeting, which was attended by Executive Director of the Yemeni Center for Political and Strategic Studies Abdulaziz Abu Talib and committee member Abdullah Abu Al-Rajal, discussed the ministry's role in making the conference a success.
The Minister of Culture and Tourism pointed out the importance of cultural work and the awareness front in confronting misinformation and falsification campaigns, especially towards fateful issues at the current stage in which the nation is facing many challenges.
He pointed to the honorable positions of the revolutionary leadership represented by Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi towards the Palestinian cause and the unique position of the Yemenis among the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nation, through their unparalleled support for the Palestinians and their just cause.
He expressed the ministry's readiness to provide cultural material as part of the conference's literature, as well as coordination to hold an awareness seminar and participate in organizing a plastic exhibition in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
