Sana'a-Saba:

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdul Momen Shuja Al-Din, issued a decision No. (50) transferring several judges to work in several courts of appeal and first instance, as follows:

1. Abdul Rahman Abdul Karim Abdul Rahman Al-Barghashi, Head of the Second Civil Division of the Court of Appeal of Sana'a Governorate.

2- Khaled Ahmed Nasser Shams al-Din, President of the New Sana'a Court of First Instance in Sana'a Governorate.

3- Abdo Saleh Ibrahim Awad, President of the Public Funds Court of First Instance in Saada Governorate and Judge at the Criminal Court of First Instance in Saada Governorate.

4- Muhammad Ali Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Ahdal, President of the Dhawran Court of First Instance in Dhamar Governorate.

5- Ali Mohammed Ali Al-Habashi, President of the Public Funds Court of First Instance in Dhamar Governorate.

6. Bashir Saeed Naji Al-Qatta, President of the Jahran Court of First Instance in Dhamar Governorate.

7. Ismail Abdul Rahman Yahya Al-Haddad, President of Al-Durayhimi Court of First Instance in Hodeida Governorate, in addition to his work as a judge at the Current Court of First Instance in Al-Hodeida Governorate.

8. Ali Othman Mohammed Saif Al-Foudi, President of Al-Duha Court of First Instance in Al-Hudaydah Governorate.

9. Ammar Ghazi Hassan Musmar, President of the Current Court of First Instance in Hodeidah Governorate.

10. Bassam Abdo Mohammed Amin Al-Ahdal, President of the Bara Court of First Instance in Hodeida Governorate and a judge at the Bajil Court of First Instance in Hodeida Governorate.

11. Fouad Fayez Abdullah Abkar, President of the Criminal Court of First Instance in Hajjah Governorate and President of the Juvenile Court of First Instance in Hajjah Governorate.

12. Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Al-Nuwaihi, President of the Shammar Lock Court of First Instance in Hajjah Governorate.

13. Ali Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Maree, President of the Washha and Mastaba Courts of First Instance in Hajjah Governorate.

14. Abdullah Yahya Ahsan Al-Faiq, President of the Kushar Court of First Instance in Hajjah Governorate.

15. Mohammed Ahmed Hassan Al-Faqih, President of the Al-Mahwit Court of First Instance in Al-Mahwit Governorate.

16. Faris Abdo Aziz Al-Nawari, President of the Court of First Instance of Stoning in Al-Mahwit Governorate.

17. Ibrahim Ali Mohammed Salem Attia, President of the Bilad al-Ta'am Court of First Instance in Raymah Governorate.

18. Ismail Ibrahim Ali Al-Khazan, Judge at the South-East Court of the Capital Secretariat of First Instance.

19. Amin Ali Yahya Ja'man, Judge at the Bani al-Harith Court of First Instance in Sanaa City.

20. Abdul Rahman Hamis Qasim Dabwan, Judge at Bani Al-Harith Court of First Instance in Sanaa City.

21. Abdul Razzaq Omar Hassan Al-Sharif, Judge at Bani Al-Harith Court of First Instance in Sanaa City.

22. Amro Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed, Judge at the Criminal Court of First Instance in Ibb Governorate.

23. Ali Mohammed Ghaleb al-Jamra, judge at the Al-Mukhadar Court of First Instance in Ibb governorate, replacing Judge Hisham al-Azzi Ahmed al-Awadi.

24. Qaboos Saeed Sultan al-Sharabi, judge at the Yarim Court of First Instance, Ibb Governorate.

25. Jamal Muhammad Qaid al-Kadhi, judge at the Radaa Court of First Instance in Al-Bayda governorate.

26. Mohammed Abdul Rahim Qaid al-Imad, judge at the East Dhamar Court of First Instance, Dhamar Governorate.

27. Mohammed Hamid Hassan Badi, judge at At Tawilah Court of First Instance in Al Mahwit Governorate.
