The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expected that the weather will be cold to very cold in several governorates during the next 24 hours.
According to the weather bulletin issued by the center, the weather is likely to be cold to very cold during the night and early morning in the governorates of Al-Bayda, Dhamar, Sana'a, Amran and Sa'ada.
While the weather will be cold in the highlands of Al-Mahra, Hadramout, Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Al-Dhale'e, Ibb, Marib, Al-Jawf and desert areas.
The weather is expected to be relatively cold to cold in the highlands of Taiz, Raymah, Hajjah and Al-Mahwit.
The center stated that the lowest temperatures recorded in some meteorological monitoring stations this morning were as follows: Dhamar. Rasaba: 2.1, Amran: 3, Amran. Qaa Al-Bun: 4, Sana'a. Jahana: 4.1, Dhamar: 4.5, Al-Bayda. Dhi Na'im: 5.2, Sana'a: 5.4 degrees Celsius.
He warned citizens in the highlands of the cold and very cold weather during the night and early morning hours.
He called on farmers to take the necessary measures to protect crops, as well as livestock herders, beekeepers and poultry farmers to protect them from the effects of the severe cold.
