The Yemeni Authority for Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control is preparing to launch the electronic services portal "Tas'heel" through the experimental application in preparation for the official launch of its work, the Executive Director General of the Authority told Saba on Thursday.
The portal contains a number of electronic systems and services aimed at simplifying and facilitating technical, financial and administrative procedures and transactions (first phase), informing the consumer of the importance of the Authority, developing its work and tasks in protecting the consumers from fraud, and improving the quality of products in local markets, Sam Al-Bashiri added.
He stated that all technical and informational arrangements for the systems have been completed in preparation for the actual launch and making the portal available to beneficiaries of services, in implementation of the directives of the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, the program of the Government of Change and Construction and the economic stimulus plan regarding improving services provided to traders.
The portal will be the digital window for a number of electronic services provided to importers and manufacturers within the strategy of digital transformation and automation of procedures in its first phase.
