The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, stressed that any total or partial annexation of the West Bank by the Zionist enemy would be a "flagrant violation of international law."
During a speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in the Middle East, Guterres denounced the statements made by the leaders of the Zionist enemy about announcing work to annex the West Bank.
