English club Manchester City announced the signing of Uzbek defender Abdulkadir Khusanov from Lens.

The English club said in a statement last night: The deal extends for four seasons.. indicating that the player showed his technical abilities well in the Belarusian league before joining Lens.

The 20-year-old Uzbek defender played 31 matches with the French team before joining City.

Khusanov joined Lens in the summer of 2023 from Energetic BGU of Belarus and established himself as one of the most prominent young defenders, according to a statement by Manchester City.
