The General Authority for the Care of the Families of Martyrs and Missing Persons in Sana'a Governorate launched economic empowerment projects in Bani Hushaysh District, targeting 101 beneficiaries at a total cost of 92 million and 635 thousand riyals, under the slogan "The economy is an important valve in the field of confrontation with the enemies of God."
The projects included the fields of agricultural development, grape cultivation development, fertilizer, vaccine and pesticide bag, in addition to agricultural mechanization and irrigation projects, with the aim of achieving self-sufficiency for the beneficiary families and enhancing local development.
The Deputy Governor, Fares Al-Kahali, stressed the importance of these projects in supporting the families of martyrs and alleviating their suffering in appreciation of the sacrifices of their relatives, praising the role of the revolutionary and political leadership in caring for this important segment.
The Director of Economic Empowerment, Majid Al-Masbahi, also indicated that these projects represent a step towards sustainable development and reducing the foreign import bill. The inauguration was attended by a number of officials who praised the efforts made to make these projects a success, which aim to improve the standard of living of the families of martyrs and empower them economically.
