The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor concluded on Thursday the first phase of a training program on the lectures of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, focusing on the lessons from the covenant of Imam Ali to Malik al-Ashtar.
The program, which aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of ministry officials, covered topics related to leadership, responsibility, and ethical conduct in public service.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs for the Labor Sector Ali al-Qataberi emphasized the importance of applying the lessons learned from the program in practical work to improve service delivery and enhance the effectiveness of the ministry's operations.
The program was considered a valuable learning experience for participants, providing them with valuable insights and guidance for their professional development.
