The Supreme Judicial Council held a meeting on Monday to discuss the annual statistical report of public prosecutions for the judicial year 1445 AH.
The report included data on the number of criminal cases handled by public prosecutions at various levels, including cases completed, ongoing investigations, and other relevant indicators.
The Council approved the report and emphasized the importance of continuous efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the judicial system.
The Council also reviewed and discussed proposed amendments to the Civil Procedure and Enforcement Law, as well as standards and controls for judicial promotions.
These decisions aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the judicial system, improve access to justice, and ensure the fair and timely administration of justice.
