Sana'a - Saba:
The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning expects cold weather to continue in a number of governorates during the next 24 hours.
The center stated in its weather bulletin that it expects cold weather in general in the governorates of Saada, Amran, Sana'a, Dhamar, and Al Bayda, with minimum temperatures ranging between 3-6 degrees Celsius.
It pointed out relatively cold weather in the highlands of Hajjah, Al Mahwit, Raymah, Ibb, Taiz, Al Dhale'e, as well as the plateaus and deserts of Shabwa, Hadramout, Al Mahrah, Al Jawf and Marib, with minimum temperatures ranging between 6-8 degrees Celsius.
It explained that the lowest temperatures recorded in some meteorological monitoring stations this morning were as follows: Al Bayda: 4.4, Dhamar: 5.0, Sana'a: 8.0, Amran: 8.5, Sayoun: 9.3, As Saddah: 9.5 degrees Celsius.
The center called on citizens, especially the elderly, children, patients, and workers at night and early morning, to take the necessary precautions against the cold weather.
