Gaza - Saba:
The spokesman for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Abdul Latif Al-Qanou, announced today, Tuesday, the start of contacts and negotiations for the second phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

Al-Qanou added in his statements that the Zionist enemy is obstructing the humanitarian protocol in the ceasefire agreement and is evading and procrastinating in implementing it.
