The Palestinian Prisoners Club confirmed that the Zionist enemy has detained 174 Palestinians from Jenin and Tubas governorates, north of the occupied West Bank, since the start of the aggression on the two governorates.
"The number of detainees and those who were detained in Jenin and its camp over the 17 days of the aggression is no less than 120, while in Tubas governorate, it amounted to 54, the majority of them in the town of Tamoun," he said in a statement on Thursday.
He pointed out that dozens in the two governorates were subjected to field interrogation, noting that the majority of the detainees were subjected to severe beatings and prohibited cleaning operations."
It is noteworthy that since October 7, 2023, the Zionist enemy army and settler mobs have expanded their attacks throughout the West Bank, including occupied Quds, which resulted in the martyrdom of 905 Palestinians, the injury of about seven thousand, and the arrest of 14,300 others, according to official Palestinian data.
Between October 7, 2023 and January 19, 2025, the Zionist enemy forces, with US support, committed a genocide in Gaza that left more than 159,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 14,000 missing.
