Sana'a - Saba:
Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi emphasized the importance of conferences, scientific activities and creative ideas in support of the blessed "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle.

This came during his meeting on Tuesday with Dr. Abdullah Al-Shami, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for the first scientific conference for Yemeni universities "Al-Aqsa Flood", and Dr. Fuad Hannash, who briefed him on the progress of the final preparations for the conference scheduled for February 18, with local and Arab participation.

Al-Rahwi pointed out the importance of preparing and arranging for the conference from all scientific, preparatory and technical aspects in order to ensure the achievement of its objectives and the desired success.

The meeting, which was attended by Assistant Director of the Prime Minister's Office Taha Al-Sufyani and Chairman of the Preparatory Committee Dr. Abdullah Jahaf, discussed the importance of the conference, which will represent an important phenomenon to shed light on the various aspects and dimensions of the Palestinian cause and the nature of the existential conflict with the Zionist enemy.

The head of the supervisory committee, Dr. Al-Shami, reviewed the details of the conference, which will be held in Sana'a, in response to the directives of the leader on the importance of "Al-Aqsa flood" and its implications at the regional and international levels, as part of the general movement in Yemen to strengthen the state of confrontation with the Zionist enemy through the academic front.

He pointed out that the conference will address the scene in the Middle East and the world before , after the flood, and the pivotal role of Yemen in supporting the resistance, whether through the high-speed missile strikes that targeted Tel Aviv, or the closure of Bab al-Mandab and the consequent economic paralysis of the occupation ports, in addition to the continued popular movement supporting the resistance for more than a year and a half.

For his part, Dr. Hannash, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, stressed that the conference aims to document the events, analyze their deep implications on the balance of power, conflict paths and changes in the region and the world, emphasize the importance of Yemen's role in maintaining the security and safety of the Red Sea, as well as its right to defend its security and sovereignty, confront foreign ambitions that target its islands, coasts , ports, and activate the role of Yemeni universities in developing scientific research to serve the central issues of the nation.
