Al-Marashi Agricultural Cooperative Society, in cooperation with the agricultural sector in the district, began the launch of the wheat planting harvest season for the current year 2025.
At the inauguration, the director of the directorate, Adnan Al-Qahm, and the head of the association, Jaafar Al-Qasma, pointed out that the Al-Marashi Directorate witnessed this year a remarkable expansion in wheat cultivation as a result of farmers' orientation towards self-sufficiency and in response to the revolutionary leadership to pay attention to the agricultural aspect and development and to enhance local production.
They pointed out that facilities have been provided to farmers, including the provision of harvesters and tillage at reasonable prices, considering these steps come in light of a real stage that seeks to develop the agricultural sector through agricultural cooperative societies.
Al-Qahm and Al-Qasma noted the efforts of the agricultural sector in the governorate in paying attention to agriculture and developing it in cooperation with the General Organization for the Development and Production of Grains.
