Brussels - Saba: The Europeans warned the United States that any peace agreement negotiated without the participation of Brussels and Kiev will fail, after they were excluded from the US-Russian talks on Ukraine.

According to Agence France-Presse, European Council President Antonio Costa warned that peace in Ukraine must be more than just a "simple ceasefire", in response to Moscow and Washington's decision to start negotiations to end the war.
